If you have entered a Job Seeker into your organisation yourself (Manually Entered Job Seeker), then you are able to Edit that job seeker's information directly. Note: You cannot do this with a job seeker who has entered your website themselves.
To do this, log into the online application at http://app.bfound.net.
Click on Job Seekers on the left hand menu.
Use the Search function in the top right hand side to search for your job seeker. A first or last name will suffice, or an email address. If you cannot find your job seeker immediately, try changing the filter to All, and Manually Added in the drop-down. This may be the case if you have not applied your job seeker to a job yet.
When you have located your job seeker, click on their name to access their profile.
On the right hand side, there are four icons. They are Edit, Email, Comment and Print.
Click on the Edit icon to change any information on your job seeker's profile. That includes applying them to any current roles (to apply them to a role that is Closed, see Recruiter Apply).
Use the top menu to navigate through the site. You can upload the user's resume or CV on either the CV page (under My Details) or on the application form for the job.
To apply your job seeker to a job, click on the Jobs menu item and choose Vacancies (the first item on the list). It may be called something different depending on your organisation. This should display a list of all jobs that are currently open.
Click on the Apply Now link next to the job you wish to apply the job seeker to. You do not have to fill out any questions in order to apply them, simply click the Save and Submit button to submit their application. Click Next when you have applied them and it will return you to the home screen.
Close the Tab or Window when you are done. You will be returned to the online application, with a small window saying "You are currently editing a job seeker in a another window. Click done when finished".
Click the green Done button and you will be returned to the job seeker's profile page.
