Viewing a Completed More Information Form

To review a completed More Information Form, follow the below instructions:

1. Log into the online application (https://app.bfound.net/) and navigate to your job
2. Find the job seeker you wish to review and click on their name to access their profile
3. Click on Forms and scroll to the completed More Information form

Incomplete More Information forms will also be showing on their profile - however there will be no answers to the questions showing.
