More information forms can be sent to different parties in order to gather additional information about a job seeker. Job Seekers, Line Managers or Third Parties can fill out online and instantly submit the completed form back to StaffCV.
You can create More Information form templates in the desktop version of StaffCV in the following manner:
- Log into the Desktop application of StaffCV
- Click on the dropdown beside Jobs and choose More Information Templates
- Right-Click and Choose “Add Online More Information Template”
A More Information Form looks and acts like an application form. However, it is always referencing a job seeker, and it can be sent at any time. If additional information is required from a job seeker, or from a manager regarding a job seeker, the template can be sent out for completion.
When the form is completed, it will automatically be attached to the file of the job seeker.
For example, if a job seeker has reached the Background Checks part of your process, but you need more information regarding their references, you can send out a More Information Form to one of those references (Third Party) and ask them to tell you about that job seeker’s behavior or experience. Or, if you are shortlisting and you need clarification on the types of computer programs your job seeker can use, you can send them a More Information Form.
