To Login and use the StaffCV Agency Module:
- Go to your client’s careers website
- Click on the Approved Agency Login link at lower right
- The Agency Module will open in a new window.
- Login using the Username and Password provided to you
Clicking on My Job Seekers will show you the job seekers that you have added and are managing. The grid will display the following columns:
Grid Header | Description |
CVID | The StaffCV ID of the Job Seeker you have entered. This cannot be changed. |
Agency Reference | The reference that you have for that particular job seeker. This cannot be altered once you have entered it. |
First Name | The first name of the job seeker. |
Last Name | The last name of the job seeker. |
Job Name | The name of the job that the job seeker has been applied to. If there are multiple jobs the job seeker has been applied to, it will display the most recent job. |
Applied Date | The date that the job seeker was applied to the job in the Job Name column. It will always display the most recent date. |
View | Clicking on this will allow you to View the job seeker’s details and application form. |
Manage | Clicking on this will allow you to edit the job seeker’s details and application form. |
The grid can be re-sorted alphabetically or numerically by clicking on the header of the appropriate column e.g. First Name.
Adding a Job Seeker:
To add a job seeker, click on the Add Job Seeker link on the left hand menu under the My Job Seekers option. This will open an Add Job Seeker form, where the following fields must be added:
- Agency Reference
- First Name
- Last Name
- Country – this is the country that the job seeker currently resides in.
Clicking Finish will take you to the My Details page for that job seeker.
You can fill out all the information on this page if you choose, but it is not mandatory. Click Submit at the bottom of the page to Save the information.
Click on Jobs | Job Search to find the job that you’d like to apply the job seeker to. Click the Apply button, fill out any further questions, including CV upload and click Submit.
Once you are finished you can click Log out in the upper right corner to close the window.
To View a Job Seeker’s Details:
Once you click on My Job Seekers again, the new job seeker will appear in your list.
Click on the View link to the right of the Job Seeker’s name.
Viewing a Job Seeker’s details will bring up the Personal Details of the Job Seeker, as well as any application forms in date order. Any attached documents will show as an icon, which you can click on to open and view.
Managing a Job Seeker
Managing a Job Seeker allows you to apply the Job Seeker to roles and manage their applications.
- Clicking on Manage in the Job Seeker grid will open the Edit Job Seeker window.
- Click on My Jobs/Opportunities to see a list of the available jobs to apply the Job Seeker to.
- To Apply the Job Seeker to a role, click Apply Now next to the job name.
- Fill out the Application form on behalf of the Job Seeker.
- Click Save and Submit to submit the application.
- Click Sign Out to close the window.
You do not have to fill out the whole application form, even if some of the questions are shown as mandatory. You can choose to fill out only the questions you wish, for example only uploading a CV/Resume and clicking Save and Submit.
Completed Application forms will then be attached to the Job Seeker when you click View. To edit any of the Job Seeker’s details or answers on the Application form, you can repeat this process. You cannot change an application form when the job moves to Applications Closed.
Any emails regarding the Job Seeker will be emailed to you with your Reference in the subject line.
You can withdraw a Job Seeker from a role by Managing them, and choosing Jobs/My Applications. Then you can click on the grey cross to the right of the role they have been applied to, and choose Withdraw. You must enter a reason for the withdrawal.
Help for Agents
There is a separate Help system. If you get stuck before you log in, you can click on Help beside the Lost Password function. If you need assistance while using the website, you can click on My Help, and then Online Support to go to the knowledge base.
Changing Agent details:
You cannot change your own details (name, phone number) but you can reset your own password by using the Lost Password functionality on the login page.
If you want to change your details, you must contact the StaffCV user who added you initially.
