Job Widgets

What do the widgets on my job page mean?

When you access app.bfound.net and click into a job, you will be presented with these widgets across the top of your job page.

Open Days - this is a count of how many days the job has been in the status Open and Applications Closed. As soon as the job is Filled this count stops. If a job is put On Hold, those Hold days are not counted.

Applied - this is a count of how many job seekers have applied to your job in total. If a job seeker withdraws from your job, they are not counted.

To Process - this is a count of how many job seekers have not been reviewed or moved into a process bin in your job. See the Applicants to Process article.

In Process - this is a count of the job seekers that you have reviewed and moved into process bins in your job that are currently reviewing bins.

Rejected - this is a count of the job seekers that you have reviewed and moved into a rejected bin in your job.

Hired - this is a count of the job seekers you have processed and they have been moved into a hired bin in your job.
