If you have been notified that there has been a request to Change the Requisition in some fashion, and you have changed the Requisition and the adjoining Job that it is attached to, you will need to re-start the Approvals Process.
- Click on Jobs in the left-hand menu.
- If you were the person who converted the Requisition into a job, change the drop-down to Pending Approval
- If you are an Administrator, but you did not convert the Requisition into a job, choose All, then Pending Approval
Click on the name of the position you wish to open.
Scroll down to the blue Edit Job button and click this.
Your job will appear with the details showing. On the first screen, there is a small arrow next to the Approver's name. Click on this, and choose the Re-Send Approver's Email option.
You will need to click all the way through the job information until you get to the Finish screen.
The Requisition and attached job will have been re-sent to the first Approver for approval.
