Requisitions are forms that you can complete in order to request a job.
In the left-hand menu, under Requisitions, you can choose one of three items:
Requested:
By default, Requested Requisitions are ones that you have created and sent out to your administrator to go through the approvals process. You may click on the blue New Requisition Request button to create a new requisition. You can also use the filters and dropdowns to change your view if required.
Pending Approval:
Pending Approval will show you all jobs that are currently going through the approvals process.
Clicking on the name of the job will open the requisition form and allow you to view comments pertaining to that requisition as it goes through the process. This includes manually added comments, and system comments.

Approved:
Clicking on the Approved menu item will show you a list of the requisitions in the system which have been approved. You can click to view the requisition form and its comments.
If you wish to review the approved job and its information or set it to Open, click on Jobs in the left-hand menu. Change the filter view to Approved.
Click on the name of the job to view the job, and click on the blue Edit Job button on the left side.
The first screen will open: Job Details. Change the first status to "Open" instead of "Approved".
Click through the items to check they are satisfactory, and then click Finish to save and open the job on the website.
