Once you have received an email request from a Manager for a new Requisition, you can log in and view it.
- Log in and click on Requisitions in the left hand menu
This will show all the new Requisitions that have been sent to you.
Click on the name of the Requisition to view the details.
If you are happy with the details, and do not need to comment and request an edit, or decline the Request by clicking Withdraw, then you can choose to Convert to job so that you can send it out for approval.
Clicking the Convert to Job button opens the Add Job wizard, with a few modifications - allowing you to set the Approvers that the position will need to be approved by before it goes live on the website and you can start collecting applicants.
