If you need to check the progress of your Approvers for a particular Requisition, you can do so by following the below instructions.
- Log into the web console and click on Jobs in the left-hand menu.
- If you were the person who converted the Requisition into a job, change the drop-down to Pending Approval
- If you are an Administrator, but you did not convert the Requisition into a job, choose All, then Pending Approval
Click on the name of the position you wish to open.
Scroll down to the blue Edit Job button and click this.
Your job will appear with the details showing. Scroll down to find the Approval Process, and the series of Approvers you have sent the Requisition to.
The Approvers who have Approved the position are now marked in Green.
The Approvers who are waiting to Approve the position are still in Grey.
If the Approver has gone over the time and date limit you have set on them, they will display in Red.
If you need to remind someone to Approve the Requisition, you can re-send them an email.
