The StaffCV online application at https://app.bfound.net can be accessed by the username and password set by your administration team. You will also need your Company ID number. If you have forgotten your Company ID number, you can find out what it is by requesting a ticket.
If you have forgotten your password to the website, you can reset your password by following these instructions:
On the login screen, click on the link below the Company ID field that says "Forgot password?". It is this link: https://app.bfound.net/ForgottenPassword
It will take you to the reset password screen. Enter your email address and your Company ID number. You will also have to tick the box marked "I'm not a robot" (our spam captcha field).
Click Submit when you are ready. An email with a reset password link will be emailed to you immediately.
If you do not receive the email immediately, check your junk or spam folder as it may have gone there.
Click the link in the email that you have received, and you will be taken to a set password page where you can enter a new password.
Once you have set your new password, return to https://app.bfound.net/ and log in with your username, your new password, and your Company ID number.
